Yes. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct size or colour.

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@elkstoneco.com, stating your order number and including photographic evidence of the issue, so we can assess and resolve it.

Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
