What are the shipping costs?
Tracked shipping is free for all orders! All taxes and import duties are already paid.

Including processing, total estimated delivery time is approximately 6–15 days.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with labels and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Where do your products come from?
Our products are supplied by external fulfilment partners and are mostly shipped directly from China. As a result, packaging may differ slightly from what you are used to.

Do you offer gift cards?
