Welcome to Elkstone Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elkstone Co. website (the "Site") and the purchase of any menswear products offered by us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. General Conditions and Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Elkstone Co. website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Products and Orders
A. Product Information
We strive to display the colours, features, specifications, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colours shown on your monitor will exactly match the actual product colours. All products are new only.
B. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust product pricing at any time. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and online methods.
C. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or error in pricing/product description.
4. Shipping and Delivery
A. Processing Time
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. The order cut-off time is 17:00 CEST.
B. Shipping Confirmation
Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information within five (5) business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
C. Shipping Area and Cost
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost to the customer. All transactions are processed in USD.
D. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination and logistical factors. The estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: five (5) to twelve (12) days.
- United States: five (5) to twelve (12) days.
- Worldwide: delivery times may vary based on the carrier and customs procedures. Usually between six (6) and thirteen (13) days.
E. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Elkstone Co. pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
A. Return Period and Conditions
Customers may submit a return request within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order. Return requests outside this period will not be accepted. Once a request is approved, the customer has fourteen (14) days to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in original condition;
- Include the original labels and packaging where possible;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged upon return.
B. Return Costs and Procedure
- For returns due to defects, damage, or non-conformance with the advertised product, there are no return costs.
- For returns outside the 14-day return period, all costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping to our warehouse ranges between $6.95 and $24.95, depending on the shipping location and package size.
Returns can only be requested via info@elkstoneco.com. After approval, the customer receives the return address and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
C. Exchanges
- Exchanges can be requested within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.
- The replacement item is shipped free of charge to the originally specified delivery address.
- Return costs for the original item are the customer's responsibility.
- No restocking fees are charged.
D. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Upon receipt of the order, the customer must immediately inspect the product. If the item is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, the customer must contact us immediately via info@elkstoneco.com, stating:
- The order number;
- Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
Each case will be assessed individually, and appropriate measures will be taken. A replacement will be sent free of charge.
E. Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, the customer is notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. The refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days of the return request. If approved, the refund amount is processed within seven (7) business days via the original payment method.
Note: Depending on the processing time of banks and credit card companies, the actual credit may take longer. If the refund has not been received within fourteen (14) business days, the customer must contact us via info@elkstoneco.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LEYWOOD PROPERTIES LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You are prohibited from using any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elkstone Co., LEYWOOD PROPERTIES LTD, and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.
